Join our 3-hour Anxiety to Freedom workshop on Saturday, 19th July, featuring a condensed structure based on our Stress Management & Mindfulness course.
Anxiety results from chronic stress and suppressed emotions, and it requires a holistic approach that tackles both internal and external factors.
Our workshop empowers you with practical tools for daily anxiety management. Acceptance, building awareness is the first step to healing.
Learning about the nervous system and how it relates to emotions. Understanding and recognising body sensations & learning to release pent-up emotions from the body.
