Terms and Conditions - APAC Revenue Management Summit 2025 Cancellation and Refund Policy for APAC Revenue Management Summit We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. If you are unable to attend the summit after registering, you are welcome to send a delegate in your place at no additional cost. Please inform us of the delegate change by providing their details at least 48 hours before the event to ensure a smooth transition. For cancellations, our policy is guided by the applicable Australian Consumer Law and the specific terms and conditions of our event. If you are unable to attend an event, and choose to send a replacement delegate in your place at no extra charge. Notification must be made in writing and received 48-hours prior to the event commencing, please SMS - 0422 194 866. The APAC Revenue Management Summit follows all regulatory advice regarding safe event management. Any changes to the current terms and conditions and updates related to the management of the event will be communicated to delegates by the conference manager. Should the event be disrupted and/or moved beyond the control of the event managers then a credit will be applied to the new dates where the normal terms and conditions will apply. Commercial sponsors/partners terms are outlined in their agreements and theya re subject to those terms and conditions. Speaker Presentations: Some speakers request their papers and/or presentations are not distributed. Attendee Ticket Amendment Policy: Downgrading of registrations is not permitted. Registrations may be upgraded at any time. Sharing of Passes: The event management do not encourage shared registrations. Each registration allows admittance of one person only. Delegates can nominate a replacement delegate as per the terms listed above. If you do need to split your ticket attendance i.e. one person attends day 1 and a second person attends day 2 please email the event organiser on info@revenuemanagement.com.au to arrange. Change of Program Content, Format and/or Event Timing: The event management will aim to ensure that conference programs are correct at the time of the event. Unfortunately we may need to alter the program prior to or during the event and reserve the right to do so without notice. We also reserve the right to change the format of the event or postpone the event (where regular cancellation terms apply) or cancel the event with no reschedule (full refunds will be issued shoud the event manager cancel the event). Commercial Sponsors/Partners: Please refer to your sponsorship/partnership agreement/contract for additional terms and conditions (including payment terms). Privacy Act Note: Our events are promoted by a number of supporting organisations that may send you marketing material for our events on our behalf. If you do not wish to receive direct mailings from the event, please contact the event management in writing. We will then remove your details from any of our internal mailing lists but cannot guarantee that you won't receive information about our events from supporting organisations. Contact by 3rd Party Notice: Unless otherwise advised by the delegate to do so the event management does NOT share delegate emails with sponsors in accordance with the Privacy Act Laws of NSW. Photos and Video: Celebrating the success of our events is important and there will be photographs and video taken that will be shared on social media channels. If you do not wish to be in any publicly shared post event marketing material please advise the event management in writing. We will aim to ensure this does not happen, however, cannot guarantee this with 100% certainty, and are not responsible for any images taken and shared by delegates by their own will across public channels.
