The APEN Roadshow is a series of workshops in a range of different locations offered to APEN members and other interested attendees.
The theme for this years’ Roadshow is “Getting the most out of a mentoring relationship” with the day based around the value of connection, sharing and learning from others.
Mentoring is something we all experience either formally or informally in our professional and personal lives so ensuring we have the skills and understanding of what makes a successful mentoring relationship will guarantee it’s a worthwhile experience with tangible outcome for both parties.

Facilitator Toni Duka:
Growing up on a farming property on Kangaroo Island, living in several SA regions, now Millicent, Toni continues to be passionate about rural communities. While Toni’s work has been varied, building and strengthening relationships through engagement, communication, capacity building and facilitation has always been at the core. With early career roles in government Toni has worked across natural resource management, community development and tourism, and held positions on a vast array of committees and Boards. She started her own consulting business over 15 years ago. Following her love of communication, connection and facilitation she works as a coach and facilitator, supporting individuals and teams to understand themselves better. She is someone who builds rapport quickly and brings energy and enthusiasm to whatever she does.
