Rotator Cuff Dysfunction: Learn to palpate and differentiate supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor, and subscapularis, and understand how strains, tendinopathy, and tears present differently under your hands. You'll also start working with the biceps tendon here, a structure this series returns to and treats in full in Session 3.
Scapular Dyskinesis: Learn to spot poor scapular control on movement testing, and trace it back to the muscles responsible, serratus anterior, the trapezius group, and the rhomboids.
Postural Dysfunction: Work through the muscle imbalances behind rounded shoulders and upper crossed syndrome, and what to actually do about the tightness and weakness driving it. You've already met this pattern in Session 1; here you'll treat the other half of it. Latissimus dorsi gets worked here as a muscle belly, and reappears in Session 4 through its fascial connection into the low back and glutes.
