April New Moon (Solar Eclipse) Ceremony & Sound Bath

You are invited to an intimate gathering to honour yourself and April's New Moon (Solar Eclipse).

Connect first and foremost with yourself, along with kindred spirits and kind hearts joining you in ceremony. Enjoy self-reflection + R&R in a sound bath that will leave your cup truly filled.

Aprils New Moon falls in Aries. What this means...

- Connection to our intuition will be strengthened and can feel stronger in both the head and the heart - Be prepared to listen and journal.

- You'll feel drawn and energy towards making a fresh start. We are encouraged to leave a piece of our old self behind and fully step into a new sense of flow. 

- Expect your problem solving capabitlies to sky rocket and feel faster than usual. It's important to remind yourself to take your time and not be too hasty with your actions and decisions. Define the pace that suits you long term.

- You are likely to feeling activation in the neck, vocal cords, throat and thyroid gland during this eclipse, tune into these spaces and understand how/why they need to be nutured for you.

WHAT THE EVENING WILL INVOLVE:

- An intimate group of women

- A space to connect with yourself and others through sound and ritual

- Sound bath & guided meditation (60+ minutes)

- Oracle Cards

- Intention setting ritual 

- Nibbles & cacao

- Sharing Circle (optional)

WHAT TO BRING:

- Yoga mat/ self inflate camp mat

- Blankets

- 2x pillows (1 for under your head and 1 for under your knees)

- Eye mask

- Journal /pen

- Water bottle

- Any crystals or power objects you'd like to bring and add to the community altar

- Wear comfy clothes

- Open heart & mind

***You will be lying down for 60+ mintues - the comfier setup the better (you wont regret it)***
