💦 💦 Being supported by warm water (and sometimes another dancer) our weightless body, can soften and release tension, calming our nerves system, allowing to surrender deeply, into fluid présence!
We can witness, discover and explore a whole new freedom of movement, connection and play. 💙

Masta: I am passionate about combing all the different movement and bodywork modalities with my in-depth study Somatic Experiencing n my sessions and training in warm water. 💦 💙💦
Masta got her Masters in Theatre & Movement Expression, and movement therapy in 1979 I developed Aqua-Body-Works over the last 33 years. I got certified as a WaterDance-, WATSU-, Healing Dance-, Remedial massage Therapist and in 2002 a WATSU trainer. ***I studied Cranio Sacral Therapy, meditation, Aikido, Contact Improvisation, Somatic Experiencing Therapy, Neurosculping and I. F. S. (Internal Family System)
I have been immersed in Contact Improvisation (CI) for 44 years both as an ongoing student and teacher weaving in somatic nervous system regulation, exploring connection, trust, fluidity and the intelligence of the body in water.
