Malaika MaVeena is the Creatrix of 5Elements Dance Activation and has been immersed in Contact Improvisation (CI) for decades, both as an ongoing student and teacher.

She began studying Aqua-Body-Works with Masta in 2007 and has continued to deepen her practice in Aqua-Body-Works and CI in water. Today, she facilitates Liquid Grace — an embodied fusion of Aqua-Body-Works, Contact Improvisation and somatic nervous system regulation, exploring connection, trust, fluidity and the intelligence of the body in water.💦
