Arman and Co play jazz at West Winds Community Centre

Arman & Co will be a treat for jazz enthusiasts and swing dancers at West Winds Community Centre on 28th April. Join us in the courtyard from 2 - 4.30pm for some good music, dancing, food and drinks.
Arman and Co is a 5-piece jazz band playing popular swinging tunes mainly from the Great American Songbook. They regularly play at festivals such as Hot August Jazz and Clarence Jazz Festival, and venues such as MONA and Pablo's.
The band is lead by Indonesian-born Hobart vocalist, Arman Bratamidjaja. This man has a bass-baritone crooning voice which is influenced by Frank Sinatra and Johnny Hartman. Arman's crooning-style singing, backed by the best musicians in town - Aleksander Folvig on guitar, Eric Amani on bass, Jesse Bowden on saxophone and Lawrence Churches on drums
