ART BY THE SEA – EASTER SATURDAY 19th April, 2025

WOOLGOOLGA - BEACH RESERVE BEACH STREET WOOLGOOLGA

STALLHOLDER APPLICATION 

All Exhibits must be the original Art and Craft work of the exhibitor.

Stallholders' fee is based on 3m x 3m marquee size, attended by no more than 2 persons per stall fee.

Stallholders are responsible to bring their own gazebo (3x3m max) and tables and have their own system to receive payments.

Fees: Non-members $40 including free membership of the Woolgoolga Art Gallery until 30/6/2025.

Membership renewals are due on the 1st of July of each year and are valid for 12 months. (Terms and conditions apply)

Fee for existing Woolgoolga Art Gallery members $30.

Woolgoolga Art Group reserve the right not to accept an application.
Should any dispute arise for which no specific rule applies, the decision of the Woolgoolga Art Group Committee will be final.

Woolgoolga Art Group has the right to reproduce any exhibit in the
media for any promotional reason without incurring costs.

STALLHOLDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH ANY NSW HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS
THAT MAY BE IN FORCE AT THE TIME OF THE EVENT.

As a stallholder, I acknowledge to comply with the terms and conditions of the Woolgoolga Art Group.
