Exploring thoughts and emotions

Intuitive
Creative
Calming

Art Therapy is not about being “good at art” or creating a perfect artwork. It is a gentle and supportive process that uses creativity as a way to explore thoughts, emotions, stress, and self-expression in a safe environment. Through simple creative activities, participants can relax, reflect, connect with themselves, and process feelings in a calm and mindful way — no artistic experience needed.
