Tue, 7 Oct, 10:30am - 1:30pm AWST

Event description

Inspired by our favourite gardens and wildernesses from books, like Frog and Toad and Brambley Hedge, we'll construct our own miniature garden to take home. We'll start by creating miniature polymer clay characters and ornaments before moving on to constructing houses and furniture and signs with nature materials and then putting it all together at the end with soil and rocks and plants.

This workshop is a blend of creative play and skill-building best for young artists aged 7 - 11.

To note:

  • The age range specified for this workshop has been carefully considered to ensure we can teach and take care of each student to the best of our ability. Please take care to make sure your child is the right age for this workshop.

  • Parents/guardians will be asked to sign children in upon arrival and provide a contact number for the day. Children must be picked up from the workshop by a parent/guardian.

  • Art making is messy! We recommend wearing old clothes you don't mind getting paint and glue on.

  • Snacks are welcomed, but please bring allergy-friendly foods.
