Thu, 23 Oct, 5:30pm - 7:30pm AEDT

Event description

Men are three times more likely to die by suicide than women, having strong and healthy relationships as a young man helps to protect against this risk. Let's change the script of what being a man should look like and instead support men in all their diversity.

This free workshop will be a safe space to explore healthy masculinity and respectful relationships through creating individual artworks.

Run by art therapists from Main Road Creative and supported by the City of Ballarat's Youth Services Team, we welcome 14 - 17 year olds to come along and get creative. You will also have the choice to submit your finished artworks into this year's 16 Days of Activism Exhibition running later in the year.

*Young people are welcome to bring a safe person to the workshop if they'd feel more comfortable
