Kathryn Swanton is the CEO and Founder of Metkat Marketing, LLC, a Nashville-based marketing agency that leads marketing strategies for nonprofits and small businesses. As a highly creative communications professional, Kathryn is deeply committed to positively impacting communities through strategic and innovative marketing initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and sales, she has helped over 100 organizations enhance their brand awareness to grow their presence and influence online and throughout their community.

Kathryn holds a Master of Science in International Marketing Management from the University of Leeds Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in French Communication from Nazareth College of Rochester. Her recent awards include Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce Emerging Leader Finalist (2024) and Nashville Cable Rising Star Award Finalist (2023).

In her spare time, you can find Kathryn Square dancing, fishing, attending rock concerts, DIYing home projects, traveling, wine-tasting, attending cultural and networking events, embracing her role as a proud Tia, and caring for her three fur babies.
