Arts Trail Live - Photography workshop with Robert Dunn
Event description
Spend a day with professional photographer Robert Dunn with a FREE Digital Photography Fundamentals workshop! The day starts at 11am, and will finish at 6PM to cover capturing sunsets. The workshop will cover the general concepts of digital photography from:
- Teaching people the ISO / Shutter / Aperture setup
- Composition rules and principals and all things in between
- Getting out of the "automatic" mode on their cameras and dive into into manual shooting
- Getting out and about in Wee Waa to take photos
- Some theory and practical exercises, presentations, and a review of work captured throughout the day, including basic editing if time permits
Photography styles to include landscapes, portraits and still life (plus any other topic time will permit). Questions encouraged!
Participants should bring their digital cameras - preferably DSLR, but Robert can work with students with smartphone/iPhones with cameras including manual or 'Pro' settings.
Lunch and afternoon tea provided.
Open to ages 16 and up.
