Attunement for Well-being

Attunement is the activation switch for wellness and full expression. Once that switch is flipped, it sets in motion an ascending spiral where mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual states work in harmony to increase joy and creativity.

Attunement is just what the word itself implies: tuning into the power behind your human soul. It involves increasing your awareness of that power and building a relationship with it. It is a conscious openness to the source of all energy in the human experience, creating an unbreakable connection to that source.

Attunement is a deep mindfulness practice that activates the human spirit and brings increased life current to the body by breaking the cycle of negative thoughts and emotions.  

Humans possess a powerful system of spiritual gateways in their endocrine glands. Minute secretions of endocrine hormones play an essential role in the wellness of the body, spiritual activation, conscious awareness, happiness, and the fullness of our spiritual lives. All too often, these spiritual gateways in the endocrine glands are closed off in the human experience. Attunement, as an energy medicine mindfulness practice, assists in reopening these gateways so that energy can flow through them again, leading to whole health.

Attunement practitioners facilitate the flow of life energy through their hands to the seven primary endocrine glands. These are the ductless glands that release potent hormones into the bloodstream, supporting the activation and balance of human anatomy and physiology. The Power of Attunement

Maggie Cope and Cheyne Morris, Attunement Practitioners, invite you to join them for an Introduction to Attunement.
This four-week series begins on Monday, 23 September, with sessions on 30 September, 7 October (Public Holiday), and 14 October. Each session runs from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.

Cost: $20 per night or $75 for all four evenings.
