Event description
Facilitated by Deaf ceramic artist Kirsty Collins, an Australian ceramics art club for the Deaf and HOH (hard-of-hearing) community at Kil.n.it. Have fun with clay and develop new techniques. Make new friends and connections. All skill levels are welcome. Practice at your own pace.
Featuring:
Learn the basics of hand-building or refine your existing skills.
Explore various pottery techniques to make unique and personalised ceramic pieces.
Drop in for one evening or join us for several weeks.
Our studio space includes hand-building clays, tools, equipment, basic glazes, and underglazes. Please note that firing is subject to a small additional fee.
We meet on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month.
Kil.n.it is @ 184 Glebe Point Road, Glebe. In the Old Nurses' Quarters, entry via Wigram Lane.
