Australia Day Footy Fun + 9'V'9 AFL Mini Comp

Come and enjoy a fun Australia Day with the Magpies.

We are hosting a special Australia Day 9V9 Round Robin this Australia Day, 26th Jan!

This is all about fun, family, and footy. We are playing No-Contact Nines Rules (touch only), so it’s safe for everyone.

Who can play? EVERYONE. Teams are mixed by age, gender, and skill. Mum, Dad, the kids, and the neighbours—get them all in a magpie jersey!

📜 The "9V9 Backyard" Rules:
- 9 players on the field,
- 20min Game (10min Halfs).
- Non-contact (safe for all ages). On Smothering, No Bumping, No Snatching, On Tackle
- Score only from forward 1/3
- Ball must pass into all 3 quarters
- The "Little Legend" Bonus: Does your team have a child Under 8? You get one extra player on the field (10v9)!
