About the class:

Join us for a creative and mindful journey to tune into Autumn’s rhythms—a time of intentional release and inward focus. We will draw from seasonal wisdom to create nature-inspired affirmation cards. This session blends mindfulness, the expressive arts, and nature connection. You will leave with a mini deck of personalized self-care cards to encourage you throughout the season.

This compassionate space is for anyone who hopes to breathe life into their creativity and attune to the rhythms of the natural world. No previous art or writing experience is necessary. All materials are provided.
