Autumn Art on the Land with Kerrie Speirs - at Chaffin Creek Farm
Event description
Autumn Art on the Land with Kerrie Speirs
A creative journey in nature at Chaffin Creek Farm
Following the success of our last workshop, we are excited to welcome artist and educator Kerrie Speirs back to Chaffin Creek Farm for another intimate and inspiring event—Autumn Art on the Land on Sunday, 4th May.
Join us for a unique creative experience where nature becomes both your inspiration and collaborator. Set in the beautiful bushland, lush gardens, creek, and billabong of Chaffin Creek Farm, Pillar Valley, this workshop is designed to help you connect with your creativity in a relaxed and supportive setting.
Kerrie’s gentle and introspective guidance will lead you through a series of mixed media activities, allowing you to explore new techniques and discover the joy of creating outdoors.
✨ What to expect:
🎨 Experiment with different art methods – Use charcoal, ink, graphite, watercolours, and mixed media techniques to create a series of nature-inspired artworks.
🌿 Draw inspiration from the landscape – Work under the tree canopy, surrounded by the natural flow, growth, and wildlife of the farm. Observe and capture the birds, animals, and creatures that call Chaffin Creek home.
🖌️ Enjoy hands-on, experimental art-making – Let go of expectations and ignite your creativity through playful and tactile processes.
This small, bespoke workshop is limited to 10 participants, ensuring a personalised experience. It is suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced creatives.
