In June we are stepping into Winter having just come out of our transitional period of Autumn.  Preparing for the cooler days we are guided to start turning inwards and cultivate this yin energy. It is a great time to bring balance back into the body and mind with stability and grounding as we calm the nervous system down. So we have designed a perfect day for you to honour yourself with nourishing practices so you can find a sense of harmony within.

Nadia and Leah are both 1000hour plus yogis who are mums, led businesses and understand the stress of modern life and the need for a day Retreat that is both easily achievable yet powerfully transformative.

With Leahs vibrant energy she will guide you into a mindful Hatha practice that is designed to reset your body from a deeper level honouring the 5 elements and the seasons. This practice is thoughtfully created to suit any level of yoga and will leave you feeling completely renewed again.

With Nadias calming energy she will guide you through a Restorative practice and guided meditation to completely reset the nervous system and create a relaxation felt deep within your soul having profound benefits & long lasting effects.

This beautiful day also includes a delicious plant based Ayurvedic lunch , massages , Reiki , Circle time , Sound and more surprises on the day.
