Autumn Immersion Day Retreat

This immersive day retreat takes place midway between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice, a sacred time for releasing and finding clarity for the winter ahead. 

You will have opportunities to:

- slow down to the rhythm of the earth with nature connection practices

- build presence and awareness as you deepen your connection to nature and to yourself

- explore ceremony, rewilding, reciprocity, ancient wisdom, rites of passage and creativity

- reflect on the cycles and the seasons and prepare for the sacred darkness of winter

- sharing and deep listening in a safe circle around the fire

- clarify your intentions and path ahead

- embody and integrate your experience and insights with movement, a sound bath, creative practices and reflection

Sophie facilitates experiences to reconnect with nature, community and soul while living compassionately and sustainably. Offering retreats and nature practices for about ten years, Sophie is influenced by forest bathing, vision questing, deep ecology, permaculture, yoga, basket weaving, nature art and environmental action.
