Event description
Full Moon Awake Circle
***A Community Experience of Healing and Connection***
Join us for an enchanting evening of community and self-discovery on Thursday, 17 October, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. This is a donation-based community event. Let's nurture our spirit, and deepen our connection with ourselves and with each other, under the powerful full moon!
What to Expect:
- Meditation: Begin the evening with guided meditation, creating a serene space to center your mind and open your heart.
- Qigong: Engage in gentle movement to cultivate energy and enhance your physical and emotional well-being.
- Spiritual Song Circle: Experience the power of voice and song as we come together in a supportive environment, sharing spiritual songs and mantras from ancient traditions. Please feel free to bring your rattles, medicine drum etc and and share your favourite spiritual songs.
- Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of the gong, didgeridoo, handpan, shamanic medicine drum, and chime. This sound healing journey will help release stress, promote relaxation, and restore balance within.
- Jamming: Bring your sound healing instruments and let's jam!
This evening is an opportunity to unwind, connect with your inner wisdom, and embrace the collective energy of a spiritual community. Whether you’re seeking healing, inspiration, or community, this circle welcomes you.
