Awakened Breathwork is a powerful in-person experience designed to guide women out of survival mode and into emotional release, nervous system reset, and deep reconnection with self.

In this 2.5 hour journey, you’ll be guided through grounding, connection, and my signature Awakened Breathwork session, safely held in a space of compassion, depth, and non-judgment.

You’ll walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more at home in your body.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

– Heart-opening cacao (as you arrive)
– Grounding breathwork
– Connection exercises with like-minded women
– Guided introduction to breathwork
– Awakened Breathwork session (emotional release + nervous system regulation)

HOW TO PREPARE:

– No food 2 hours before (light snack only if needed)
– No caffeine on the day
– Wear warm, comfortable clothes
– Come with an open heart + mind
– You’ll receive a waiver to complete after booking

WHAT TO BRING:

– Thin pillow (optional — flatter is better)
– Blanket
– Water bottle
– Journal + pen (optional)

Mats and props provided, but you’re welcome to double-mat for comfort.
