Event description
Awakening Calm - A One Day Immersive Retreat Experience
Stressed?
Anxious?
Overwhelmed?
Unsettled?
Stagnant?
Frustrated?
Longing for a day full of nourishment and self-care?
We hear you.
'Awakening Calm' is the perfect remedy for these emotionally charged times.
A collaborative experience that Tahlia, from Heal Well, has pieced together mindfully and intentionally to create a beautiful offering for the community with the ultimate self-care and nourishment in mind.
At a time where it's almost impossible to plan ahead or to book something overnight, we designed a day to give back to yourself and re-establish peace and harmony within.
The day will be filled with nourishing, calming practices and activities;
- Dream-time grounding & connection meditation with Indigenous Bundjalung custodian, Jarmbi
- Lymphatic bodywork with Tahlia from Heal Well
- Restorative Yoga with Kelly Wilson, Owner of Bodiline Pilates
- Cacao circle
- Working with grounding breath techniques
- Qi gong
+ other special surprises we have in store for the day!
'Awakening Calm' is a day to turn your awareness inwards, away from all the external chaos and mental chatter, and honor the process of slowing down physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, all whilst immersed in the most beautiful, abundant, serene nature setting. Taking the time to ground and connect to the beautiful land we call home, whilst remembering to thank our Ancestral DNA.
You will be well-nourished with delicious local, organic, plant-based food, teas and treats which are all included in your ticket purchase. All dietary requirements will be catered for.
