Through headphones, immersive sound and guided breathwork, you’ll move through themes of courage, acceptance, self-belief and gratitude.

The experience includes dynamic breathing, breath holds and optional vocal expression. I’ll guide you through the process, with space to listen to your body and participate at your own pace.
