AWAKENING | 9D Breathwork with Warrior Legacy

Join me in Coomera on the Gold Coast for a chance to step away from the everyday noise and do something for yourself.

AWAKENING is about exploring the stories, expectations and beliefs that keep you playing small and reconnecting with who you are and what you want.

Through headphones, immersive sound and guided breathwork, you’ll move through themes of courage, acceptance, self-belief and gratitude.

This journey invites you to:
✨ Explore old beliefs and patterns
✨ Reconnect with your voice and your confidence
✨ Make space for emotional expression
✨ Reflect on what matters to you
✨ Give yourself permission to move forward

The experience includes dynamic breathing, breath holds and optional vocal expression. I’ll guide you through the process, with space to listen to your body and participate at your own pace.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. Come as you are.
