Join Daniella Goldberg, PhD (Medicine) and Supriya Ruparelia, Ayurvedic Practitioner, for a deeply nurturing 150-minute workshop designed to support and empower women through the hormonal shifts of perimenopause and menopause.
As modern women in our 40s and 50s, many of us experience changes such as hot flushes, fatigue, body aches, brain fog, mood swings, and a dip in libido. This workshop is your invitation to reset, rebalance, and reframe menopause—not as an ending, but as a powerful new beginning. In Ayurveda, this is known as The Second Spring.
