Customer authorises CareFlight, its related bodies corporate and licensees and
their successors and assigns to record their picture and/or voice on photographs
and/or film, for audio-only visual reproduction and provides such CareFlight entities
with an irrevocable worldwide royalty free licence to reproduce, publish, distribute,
exhibit, communicate to the public and otherwise use that recording, including for
the purposes of publicity, advertising, sales and promotion of the Training and/or
the creation of any ancillary products, services or marketing materials associated
with the Training or CareFlight.
