    Join us for a sizzling session of strength and sass at our "Drop It Like It's Hot" A beginners Barbell Workshop! 

    In just 2 hours, we'll cover the holy trinity of lifts: the barbell squat, bench press, and barbell deadlift. 

    Get ready to unleash your inner strength and strut your stuff with confidence.

    🔥 Who is this for:

    First time lifters & intermediate lifters who want to spend a bit more time with a coach

    Those that want to learn with a coach alongside a supportive and aligned community

    🔥 What to Expect -

    We will be covering the how to's and what for's for all things:

    💪 Barbell Squat: Drop it low and own that squat rack like it's your runway. Learn proper form and technique in a safe(r) space with community coaches who get it.

    🔥 Bench Press: Feel the burn and press your way to new heights. Whether you're a bench babe or a newbie, we'll help you perfect your form and unleash your chest's potential.

    💀 Deadlift: Rise from the ashes and lift like there's no tomorrow. Learn the art of the deadlift and harness your raw strength with a side of cute fun brain chemicals as a treat!
