Cancellation policy

A full refund is available if you cancel >24 hours prior to the face-to-face class. However, the Humanitix booking fee is not refundable. Cancellations <24 hours prior to the class (other than for hospital admission or a positive COVID-19 diagnosis) and 'no shows' are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
