Balance, Posture & Stretching

A 50-minute class that focuses on balance, correcting posture and lengthy stretch.

Suitable for everyone.

Commences: Wednesday 24 January 10:00am to 10:50am (10 weeks - 24/1, 31/1, 7/2, 14/2, 21/2, 28/2, 6/3, 13/3, 20/3, 27/3)

Full Fee: $130.00
