Balance, Posture & Stretching with Liz

A 1 hour class focusing on balance, correcting posture and lengthy stretches. Suitable for everyone. Bring along a mat.

Commencing Wednesday 10th November 10:00 am - 11:00 am in the Scout Hall

$60.00 per term (6 weeks)
