Flow into your Tuesday re-aligned and balanced.

This Yoga sequence is designed to soften into the body, strengthen the tissues and calm the mind. We will flow through gentle Vinyasa-Yoga for the first 30 minutes and then transition into a few Yin poses, designed to promote deeper relaxation and release.

The last 15 minutes of the class consist of a short guided meditation and relaxation so you’re ready to go about your day feeling light yet grounded within yourself.

This class is open to all levels, beginners welcome.
