Barre Pilates with Isolde Allen
Event description
Class description
Barre Pilates with Isolde is a dynamic and accessible class that blends the core principles of Mat Pilates with flowing elements from ballet barre and yoga. This unique combination creates a continuous, full-body workout designed to strengthen, lengthen, and energise. Drawing on over 20 years of dance training, Isolde brings a mindful, expressive quality to her teaching. Her classes are thoughtfully designed to support all levels, whether you’re completely new to this type of movement or looking to deepen your practice. Expect a warm, encouraging environment where you can explore strength, balance, and grace, one movement at a time.
