Lineup

Movement
We’ll warm up together, then head out in pace groups on a loop route. You choose your pace group, follow your pace leader, and we all finish back at the same spot.

Meditation
A simple 5-minute guided sit to land in the body and steady the mind.

Breakfast
Refuel and connect post-run by grabbing coffee / brekkie from nearby cafés, then return to regroup for our reflection circle.

Reflections
We close with our signature circle: a short menu of prompts (Entrée / Main / Dessert) shaped around the monthly theme. Share a little or a lot — or just listen.

Erfan Karami — Meditation Guide & Reflection Facilitator
Erfan leads a short, beginner-friendly guided sit to help everyone land after the movement, then hosts our reflection circle using the Entrée / Main / Dessert prompts for the monthly theme.
