Sepas Circle is a Saturday morning ritual that hits all three: body, mind, community.

✅ Run or walk in pace groups (all start together, loop routes, finish together)
✅ Cool-down together, then grab coffee / brekkie from nearby cafés (links below) and return to regroup
✅ 5-minute casual guided meditation (post cool-down)
✅ Reflection circle with prompts built around a monthly theme (Entrée / Main / Dessert)

Meet 8:00am | Warm-up 8:10am | Start 8:20am
Pace groups: 5-6K (7:00/km) | 7-8K (6:00/km) | 10K (5:30/km)

Come for fitness. Leave with clarity, connection, and a calmer nervous system.
