Be Here Now
Event description
Be Here Now
Join Linda Lou & Darren Percival for a playful singing and movement workshop for the curious...
Children know that dancing, singing and creativity is what life really is about - as adults we easily forget.
Be Here Now invites an opportunity to express yourself as who you are and explore movement and vocalising in a safe space with a bunch of wonderful people!
The science is in and the word is out - synchronising with ourselves and others through voice and movement is a powerful way to support mental and physical health.
Your body knows how to heal; your voice knows how to sing. Join us to remember.

Linda Lou is intrigued by the body - mind connection, combining her wealth of knowledge with tapping into the wisdom of nature. Born in Germany she is currently based in Australia. Connecting insights from her Masters in Psychology with movement medicine (ZenThai Shiatsu Therapist, Yoga and QiGong Teacher), she is passionate about facilitating transformational journeys for individuals and groups. She loves to spark curiosity about the possibilities of wellbeing, health and abundance. Linda teaches, facilitates retreats and is available for treatments.
Darren Percival is more than just a singer. With over forty years of professional experience as an entertainer and vocal coach he masterfully facilitates workshops with confidence, effortlessness and joy. He established The Singing Space in 1997 to offer companies, communities and choirs tools to unlock the barriers that stop them from vocalising freely. These days he tours with Australian Jazz luminary James Morrison, performs live with his band Percival Stack, presents his sonic healing class SongWave and facilitates uplifting workshops and retreats.
