This weekly women’s circle is your midweek recalibration. A gentle but powerful gathering designed to bring you back into harmony—physically, emotionally, energetically.

We meet in an absolute beachfront venue at Narrabeen Surf Life Saving Club, starting with a sunrise beach walk, followed by sound healing, meditation, nervous system support, and cacao.

A sacred pause in the middle of your week to realign, reset, and rise.

What to Expect

Mindful Sunrise Beach Walk

We gather out the front of Narrabeen SLSC at 6:50am, we drop into presence and stillness with a mindfulness practice and begin our sunrise beach walk.
This simple ritual awakens your body, softens your mind, and stimulates natural serotonin, dopamine, and circadian rhythm balance. This grounding practice feels like heaven as we watch the sunbeams shine through the clouds over the water.

Ceremonial Cacao

Inside our ocean-view sanctuary, we share a warm cup of heart-opening cacao—known to enhance clarity, connection, and joy.
This gentle plant ally activates the heart chakra and invites emotional ease.

Guided Meditation

You’ll be led through a deeply restorative meditation to drop beneath the noise and reconnect with your inner stillness.
These meditations are designed to reconnect you to your inner light heighten your intuition, calm and center and restore a sense of balance and connection.

Sound Bath Healing

We close our journey with an immersive sound bath—crystal singing bowls, chimes, and frequency-rich instruments designed to bring your body into a state of deep harmony.
Sound healing reduces cortisol, clears energetic stagnation, and aligns your field to a higher frequency.

Nervous System Recalibration

You’ll also learn subtle, science-backed practices to support your nervous system health. These somatic techniques calm the stress response, regulate your energy, and give you tools to carry into everyday life.

Natasha Haddad is a transpersonal psychotherapist, somatic therapist, and sound healer with over a decade of experience guiding women home to themselves.
