The Sauna Project is excited to release our Beachside Sauna Sessions.

Every Thursday for the rest of the winter you can join us for a 1hr 7pm or 8pm slot at Tay Street beach access. This is a great opportunity to sauna with a view and meet others in your community. The beauty of having the sauna by the beach is the contrast between the heat of the sauna and the cold of the ocean. Combining these two forces gives health to our mind, body and soul.
