Renowned fitness instructor Aileen Sheron brings over 20 years of expertise in Myofascial Release, a profound form of deep tissue self-massage.  She was one of the first major conference presenters on the subject in 2003, and is a recognized expert in flexibility training. In this session, she will lead you through a comprehensive journey using just two tennis balls to unlock tension, reduce inflammation, and enhance muscle recovery. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, Aileen will empower you with invaluable techniques to heal your own body effectively, elevating your flexibility and overall well-being.

From there, Kyle Lam will prepare an integrative sound experience to delve deeper into relaxation and restoration. Kyle's mastery of sound healing will guide you into a state of profound tranquility, allowing your body and mind to unwind and realign. Through carefully curated sounds and vibrations, you’ll be immersed in a serene atmosphere where stress dissipates, and inner peace flourishes.

CBD will be available for an additional $10 for those who wish to enhance their sound bath experience. You may choose to add on this option when you purchase your ticket.

Enhance your sound bath experience by renting a blanket or two for additional warmth and comfort.  Each blanket is cleaned and disinfected before our events and are convenient for those who wish to come to the sound bath without having the worry of bringing their own set up.  We advise renting at least two blankets per person with the addition of a third if you need one to elevate your head.
