Crew! This Friday, we’re switching things up a little and have a SUPER fun morning planned for you all. 🏃‍♀️🏖️

We’ve teamed up with the experts at BeFit Physio for a special run club sesh on the beach!

They’ll be taking us through running technique, injury prevention and all the cheeky tips and tricks to help keep us moving injury-free.

We’ll be meeting at Harry’s from 6am before heading straight down to the beach at 6:15am, where the BeFit team will take us through a short warm-up, running drills, technique, strength and mobility before we finish with a few laps along the sand.

Now that it’s getting warmer, feel free to bring your swimmers for a quick dip (OPTIONAL lol) before we head back to Harry’s for FREE creatine & electrolytes thanks to Eve Wellness, as well as $3 coffees and matchas.

The BeFit team will also be hanging around too, so you can pick their brains and ask any running related questions you might have.

You definitely don’t need to be a serious runner for this one. Run, jog, walk - all fitness levels are welcome and encouraged. Come learn a few things, move your body and hang with the Harry’s fam. 💛
