A 1 hour dynamic and healing class 6 - 7pm every Wednesday
15-minute warm-up with bio-energetics
30 minutes of belly breathing
10-minute debrief
Belly breathing can help with
a) releasing emotional baggage,
b) reducing the desire for constantly snacking &
c) help improve breathing!
Phil offers an empathic and supportive approach to any difficulty encountered in the class.
