Begin the Journey: A 10-Week Program for Men

Ready to take the next step in your personal growth?

Begin the Journey is a 10-week program designed for men who are looking to connect more deeply, grow personally, and build meaningful relationships in a supportive and confidential space.

The journey starts with an Intro Night on Tuesday 27th May —a relaxed, open session where everyone is welcome, including partners, parents, and friends. This gives you a chance to get a feel for the program and ask any questions. You can register for the Information Night here.

From there, the following 10 weeks are for men only, creating a dedicated space for honest conversations, self-reflection, and connection. Commencing 3rd June, each Tuesday with the last session on 5th August.
