    A question I get asked every so often is whether there's a beginner-friendly yoga course that covers essentials like breathing techniques, poses, and meditation.

    Starting on April 7th and spanning over three weeks, this course will equip you with the basics, developing both knowledge and confidence to participate in a variety of yoga classes. 

    Here's a breakdown of what each week will entail:

    • Introduction to Traditional Hatha Yoga, which includes some Yoga Philosophy 
    • Centering Practice: Breath Awareness
    • Warm-up Yoga Sequence
    • Traditional Yoga Sequence: Standing and Floor Poses
    • Meditation in a reclined position
    • Seated Meditation with a Namaste conclusion
