Embody who you are truely are; a beautiful, powerful & cyclic feminine being who goes through death & rebirth every month!

Join me for this deeply nourishing series to build awareness around the Inner Seasons | phases of your menstrual cycle, & learn practices to support yourself, your health & wellbeing.


This is for every woman, no matter where you are at in your cycle, including if you are no longer menstruating, as these practices provide support with your hormones & internal organs, aligned with the moon phases, making them helpful for women of all ages & stages of life.


This series honours our cyclic nature & the cycles of nature, as we heal the sacred thread of the feminine power, expression & wisdom, that has been suppressed for millennia.

We will cover...

Inner Winter | Menstrual | New Moon phase:

How we take care of ourselves during this season can greatly affect our entire cycle & subsequent cycles.

During this phase we honour our decrease in energy levels, as we prioritise rest, take active rest to go inward, & ensure we are taking gentle & mindful movement only. This Inner Winter is when our bodies can experience a nervous system reset.

Learn to tap in to expansive awareness, deepen your intuitive insights & improve your health by connecting to your womb, as we nourish & nurture ourselves during our inner winter phase.

Inner Spring | Follicular | Waxing Moon phase:

If adequate rest & self care is taken during menstruation, we will arrive to our inner spring cleansed with a feeling that anything is possible; old skin has been shed & you're born anew, hopefully cloaked in the love you received during the Inner Winter.

The challenge in this phase is to not splurge your energy all at once, as you are still vulnerable, but rather learn how to hold & pace that vulnerability in a culture that's so 'busy' driven. Here we foster permission to emerge slowly from the Inner Winter, & not put pressure on ourselves as results & outcomes are premature at this point, & to not shut down the potential gifts of spontaneity & play in the Inner Spring.

Inner Summer | Ovulation | Full Moon phase:

Your energy is at all time high, giving you the capacity to 'have it all'. Superwoman lives here with a powerhouse of productivity, multi-tasking, fun, & embodied presence of the world of sensual delights. Working now on creative projects can feel fantastic & get results.

This season ask's you to show up as your unique self, however our 'outer lights' are the brightest here & instincts can drive us to do whatever it takes to 'fit in' & people please. Here your challenge is to really show yourself unashamedly. The Inner Summer we get clear on what we want to use this energy for, commit to it, & just go for it. And not to be afraid to indulge in pleasure.

Inner Autumn | Luteal | Waning Moon phase:

For many, this is the most misunderstood & mismanaged of the seasons. In part because it gets a bad rap, & it's powers are undervalued. It's where we meet our 'Inner Critic' - our shadow side, & face ourselves here. We are shown what needs our attention, what needs to change & what isn't working. We get overall feedback on our health & stress levels, & how we are caring for ourselves.

In this time of truth speaking & heightened intuition, we must learn to provide ourselves with presence, self kindness & compassion as we honour the drop in energy levels, claim our light, say NO & start to slow down.

These 2 hour events will include:

Meditation & Pranayama | breathing techniques, to ground, go inward & tune into our body & womb, to receive the messages they provide.

Gentle yoga Asana | poses to:

Relieve tension from menstrual cramps, headaches, overwhelm & anxiety

Create spaciousness in the mind, body & heart; especially the womb, hips & lower back during the Inner Winter

Improve circulation, remove stagnation & nourish our bodies with breath | Prana

Restorative Yoga for:

Surrender & self nourishment

Active rest to connect to the womb & heart spaces

Tone the vagus nerve by entering the parasympathetic nervous system

Control mood imbalances

Restore energy

Extra long Savasana | resting pose, with hands on | healing & adjustments should you feel comfortable to receive.

OR

A guided Yoga Nidra practice.

*** This event will either commence or conclude with a warm cuppa of either tea or cacao depending on the Season, along with journalling & sharing with the other women ***
