We are excited to invite you to our national carers week event this year. We are bringing some delicious morning tea and offering a FREE laughing yoga activity to you at Belgrave!

Please arrive at 9:45am for a 10am start! Event runs between 10am-12pm.

Who we are

North East Metro Connect is a warm and welcoming space for families, carers, supporters and kin of people challenged by mental health and/or alcohol and other drug use.

The establishment of the service, as one of eight “Connect centres” across Victoria, was one of the key recommendations in the Victorian Mental Health Royal Commission.

North East Metro Connect has been co-designed by people with a lived/living experience of being family members and carers of people with mental health and substance use concerns. We work closely with people across the community to ensure families/carers’ needs are understood and supported.

Our service is funded by the Department of Health.
