Going deeper than the standard Fair Work guidance, our presenter Sarah Gee, will draw on her extensive experience with complex workplace matters to deliver real-world practical tips and insights. Sarah will also tackle the common barriers that can stall HR managers and prevent organisations from making confident, compliant decisions to manage their workforce. Our presenter, Sarah Gee, is the owner of Curium Legal, a Bendigo-based law firm specialising in workplace and business law. Practising locally since 2012, Sarah is widely sought after by executives and business owners to navigate complex decisions in times of difficulty and crisis. Recognised by Be.Bendigo with the Young and Professional Award in 2022, Sarah also contributes her expertise as a director for numerous not-for-profit boards, focused on supporting the wellbeing and growth of the Bendigo region. Beyond the law, Sarah is a stress baker and you can judge her workload by the number of cakes and biscuits on the kitchen bench at home. Arguably the perfect trait for a Mum of 3 growing children.
