All good things should take time and skill to produce. This four-course lunch is no exception. Join Arimia on this day to experience the culmination of nearly 5 years of vision and planning from Farmer and Chef to celebrate this special animal. The menu will feature a clear focus on beef and the characteristics of this single animal. A 50/50 Black Angus/Wagyu, 4 year old, 100% grass-fed, local Nillup Steer. Choose between lunch only, perfectly matched local and international wines or matched non-alcoholic pairings.
