The menu will feature a clear focus on beef and the characteristics of this single animal. A 50/50 Black Angus/Wagyu, 4 year old, 100% grass-fed, local Nillup Steer. Choose between lunch only, perfectly matched local and international wines or matched non-alcoholic pairings.
