Join North West Local Land Services for a workshop for producers to learn about creating and managing farm cash flow budgets for stronger business outcomes and better banking relationships.

Event details:

The workshop will be facilitated by Rachel Dorney, of Agri Financial Consulting with a background in the banking sector as well as being a primary producer right here in the North West Region.

Rachel is extremely well-equipped to provide producers with the skills and support required to better manage budgets for effective forecasts, planning, and conversations with banks.

What the day will cover:

Learn how to create your own cash flow budget.
Hints and tips on how to improve your cash flow budget.
Simple ways to review a cash flow budget.
How to be bank-ready - what information the bank needs.

Attendees of this workshop will be entitled to an online follow-up with Rachel to discuss their own budget. This follow-up will be partially subsidised by the North West Local Land Services, with the attendee covering the remaining costs. The subsidised follow-ups will be available until funds are exhausted, and details will be confirmed closer to the date.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
In order to provide support to all attendees, tickets will be limited to a maximum of 1 ticket per farm business, with 2 attendees per ticket. Please book early to avoid missing out.
