Ronald McDonald House Charities North Australia ("RMHC") relies on more than 200 volunteers to support seriously ill children and their families across the region. 

When their volunteer-led programs were disrupted in 2020, RMHC managed to continue delivering.  Prioritising the health and safety of families and volunteers, learn from CEO Denise Lumsden how RMHC tailored a personal approach to keep volunteers engaged and get back on track.
